Monday Bank Holiday Update

Due to the Bank Holiday on Monday 4th, there will be no collections or deliveries on this day.

• Orders placed before 2pm on Friday 1st will be delivered Tuesday 5th (unless Saturday delivery is selected).
• Orders placed after 2pm on Friday 1st, and throughout the weekend, will be collected on Tuesday 5th for delivery on Wednesday 6th.
• Normal next‑day delivery service resumes from Tuesday 5th.

Next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will arrive Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. Any orders placed after 2pm Friday and through the weekend will arrive Tuesday.

Irish Customs Notice

Irish customs apply a charge on all nicotine products entering the country. This fee must be paid by the purchaser before delivery can take place.

If the duty is not paid, the parcel will be returned to us and we will refund the cost of the goods minus postage costs both ways (£20). Additional import charges may also apply to vape products.

Shipping to Ireland Update

Please be aware that deliveries to The Republic of Ireland are taking longer than usual to clear customs both ends and be delivered. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
